Value-Based Healthcare Analytics Specialist

Analyze healthcare data (e.g., claims, EHRs, patient outcomes) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost savings, patient outcomes, and care quality metrics.

Use predictive analytics to identify high-risk patients and recommend targeted interventions.

Measure and report on value-based care metrics, such as: Hospital readmission rates.

Patient satisfaction scores (e.g., NPS)

Cost per episode of care.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Statistics, or Computer Science

Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related field.

Certifications : Certified Health Data Analyst (CHDA).

Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).

Tableau Desktop Specialist or Power BI Certification.

Experience 1+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, with a focus on value-based care.

Experience working with payers, providers.

Proven track record of using data to drive cost savings and improve patient outcomes.

Tools and Technologies Data Analysis : Python essential, others such as R, SAS.

Data Visualization : Tableau, Power BI, QlikView.

EHR Systems : Intersystems.

Other Tools : Microsoft Excel, Azure, AWS.
