Job Description:
- Visit and develop relationships with traditional market customers (retail shops, wholesalers, distributors)
- Achieve sales targets and expand market coverage
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper display in stores
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain good customer satisfaction
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, finance, and marketing)
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Familiarity with TCG and CCG is a plus
- Proven experience in Sales GT or MT is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome
- Willing to work in the field and do mobile selling
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Have a motorcycle and valid driving license (SIM C)
- Familiar with local market areas is a plus
