About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Manager to lead end-to-end Accounts Payable operations across multiple regions. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing high-performing teams, optimizing AP processes, and partnering with global stakeholders to ensure service delivery and business objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Accounts Payable operations across multiple countries and business units.
• Manage and develop AP teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee invoice processing, supplier management, payment execution, and reconciliations.
• Monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, and service delivery metrics.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and company policies.
• Partner with senior leadership and global stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
• Support strategic projects, business transformations, and process enhancements.
• Manage escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• ✅ 5-6+ years of experience leading Accounts Payable or Finance Operations teams.
• ✅ Experience within multinational, regional, or Shared Services environments.
• ✅ Strong knowledge of end-to-end Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• ✅ Experience managing teams and multiple stakeholders.
• ✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• ✅ Experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms.
• ✅ Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• ✅ Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• ✅ Proven ability to lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
