- Account Executive
Your tasks
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Receive and manage client requests and requirements.
- Preparing quotations
- Negotiation and closing deals
- Coordinate with the Design, Production, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery according to agreed timelines.
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account growth
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Develop positive relationships with clients
Requirements
- Working hours: Full time from 11 am to 7 pm (daily except Fridays and saturdays)
- Fresh or one year Experience in an Advertising Agency & BTL Services.
- Good in English Language
- Excellent communication skills
