*Responsibilities*

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing personalized recommendations and answering questions about drinks and menu items.
• Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and utensils as needed to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate orders smoothly, ensuring timely delivery of drinks and food.

*Requirements*

• Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS for efficient order processing and cashiering.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a lively yet professional atmosphere.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service laws.
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, making change accurately, and calculating drink recipes.
• Previous experience in serving or bartending roles within the food industry is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in multitasking, time management, and working efficiently under pressure.
