Ward Manager – Charity Organisation
Liquid Personnel is looking for a passionate and experienced Ward Manager to lead our client's Charity Organisation based in York. This is a brilliant opportunity for an RMN or RNLD with strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will,
Provide clinical and operational leadership across the ward
Act as a role model for evidence-based, person-centred care
Lead on admission and discharge planning with multidisciplinary teams
Manage staffing, training, and development
Ensure safeguarding and risk management protocols are followed
Promote a culture of learning, reflection, and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
RMN or RNLD qualification with current NMC registration
Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act
Proven experience managing a ward or large team
Ability to lead, inspire, and communicate effectively
Mentorship in Practice (MIP) qualification or willingness to undertake
Enhanced DBS clearance
