Purchasing Team Leader

Lead and supervise the purchasing team to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

Review material requirements and specifications to meet quality and budget requirements.

Manage supplier quotations, negotiations, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Evaluate and compare suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.

Review and maintain PRs, POs, quotations, and purchasing records.

Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement activities.

Resolve purchasing issues and ensure compliance with company policies.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in construction or fit-out.

Previous team leadership experience is preferred.

Very Good command of English.

Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Good knowledge of construction materials and suppliers.
