Sales Consultant-Junior Level

Role overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior Sales Consultant to join our team. We are looking for someone who are passionate about skincare, enjoy interacting with customers, and are keen to develop their product knowledge and sales skills in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their skincare needs, preferences, and concerns.
• Introduce and recommend suitable skincare products based on customer requirements and product information.
• Explain product benefits, ingredients, and usage instructions accurately.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Support daily retail sales activities and work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Promote skincare products, promotions, memberships, and relevant retail packages.
• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain product displays, stock presentation, and cleanliness of the retail area.
• Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and daily store operations.
• Attend product training and keep up to date with skincare knowledge and company procedures.

Requirements

• A genuine interest in skincare, beauty products, and customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-oriented approach.
• Basic sales or retail experience is an advantage.
• Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related qualifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team and contribute towards sales goals.
