Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional facial treatments, skincare services, and basic aesthetic treatments.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments based on individual customer needs.
• Recommend appropriate skincare products to help customers achieve their desired results.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
• Promote and upsell treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles, treatment records, and relevant documentation.
• Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• A certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in the beauty or skincare industry is preferred.
• Good knowledge of facial treatments, skincare procedures, and beauty products.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-oriented mindset.
