Sales Operations Specialist

- Manage and maintain accurate data within the SalesBuzz system.
- Create, update, and maintain customer, product, pricing, and sales information.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and dashboards based on management requirements.
- Monitor and validate sales data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies in coordination with the Sales team.
- Support field sales representatives by maintaining accurate system records.
- Create and manage user accounts and assist with basic system administration tasks.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the SalesBuzz support team to resolve system-related issues.
- Maintain documentation, reports, and standard operating procedures.
- Perform regular data quality checks and support continuous process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data confidentiality and information security.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- 0–2 year of experience in Sales Operations, Data Management, Reporting, or a similar role.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with large datasets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to learn new systems and applications quickly.
