Job Description: Project Manager

Role Overview The Project Manager (PM) is accountable for end-to-end project delivery with a strong emphasis on detailed planning, predictive control, and governance. This role is designed for complex initiatives where scope, schedule, cost, and risk must be actively controlled using structured project management techniques. The PM is not a coordinator or facilitator; the PM is the owner of the integrated plan and the single point of accountability for delivery outcomes.

Scope of Responsibility The Project Manager is responsible for:

• Translating strategic objectives into executable project plans
• Establishing and maintaining control baselines
• Managing cross-functional dependencies
• Detecting deviations early and driving corrective actions
• Ensuring governance compliance and decision transparency

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in IT, Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Management Information System or related fields. Strong command in English (Speaking, Writing, Reading) Former/current role in PM/BA/SA or multi-skills will also be considered 5 years’ experience in IT project management, IT Software delivery or IT consulting. If have Project Management Certificate such as PMP or Agile certificate is plus. Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday - Friday). Strong command of English
