Job Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for daily mixed rice operations. Ensure food quality, taste consistency, and presentation standards. Plan daily food preparation and cooking schedules. Monitor food stock levels and inform management of replenishment requirements. Ensure proper food handling, kitchen hygiene, and food safety standards. Minimize food wastage and maintain cost control. Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen staff. Requirements Experience in mixed rice, zi char, or Chinese cuisine preparation preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards. Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently. Team player with a positive attitude.
