Accountabilities Lead business development efforts focused on K-12 educational organizations across Georgia, driving strategic growth and expanding market presence.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive decision-makers, including school boards, superintendents, facility directors, and senior leadership teams.

Manage the full consultative sales cycle, from prospect identification and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

Present tailored infrastructure solutions that address customer operational, financial, and facility needs.

Partner closely with internal engineering and project teams to communicate customer objectives, support solution design, and ensure successful project development.

Prepare compelling customer presentations, financial analyses, and responses to RFQs and RFPs.

Monitor project milestones and coordinate internal and external deliverables throughout the sales process.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM tools while organizing customer engagement and appreciation events.

Contribute to long-term business strategy by identifying market opportunities and strengthening industry partnerships.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Minimum of 7 years of successful business development or consultative sales experience within the K-12 education market or a closely related industry.

At least 3 years of experience within the building technology, infrastructure, or construction sector.

Strong knowledge of construction projects, capital planning, facility modernization, and infrastructure solutions.

Understanding of procurement processes, budgeting, finance principles, and public school administration within Georgia.

Proven ability to manage complex sales opportunities and build lasting executive-level customer relationships.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.

Self-motivated, customer-focused professional with exceptional organizational skills and emotional intelligence.

Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities.
