Accountabilities: Develop and execute a national and regional field marketing strategy aligned with business growth and revenue objectives.

Lead the planning and execution of customer conferences, executive events, workshops, roadshows, trade shows, and strategic industry sponsorships.

Manage and mentor a team of field and event marketing professionals while fostering close collaboration with Sales to prioritize target markets, key accounts, and pipeline goals.

Build integrated marketing campaigns that maximize event impact before, during, and after each engagement.

Oversee event budgets, vendor relationships, agency partnerships, contract negotiations, and production logistics.

Define, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators, including pipeline generation, attendance, engagement, conversion rates, and return on investment.

Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand, Sales, and partner organizations to deliver compelling messaging and coordinated account-based marketing initiatives.

Requirements

8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 4 years leading field marketing or event marketing programs.

Minimum of 2 years of people management experience with demonstrated success leading high-performing teams.

Proven ability to generate qualified pipeline and measurable business outcomes through events and field marketing initiatives.

Experience managing substantial marketing budgets, remote teams, and complex multi-location or global event programs.

Strong leadership, organizational, project management, and executive communication skills.

Proficiency with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (such as Salesforce or HubSpot), and event management tools including Cvent and Popl.

Knowledge of account-based marketing strategies and experience collaborating across Sales, Product Marketing, and Brand teams.

Background in SaaS, enterprise technology, or cloud solutions, along with experience managing large-scale user conferences, is preferred.

Ability to travel approximately 25–40% as business needs require.
