Brand & Multimedia Designer
Accountabilities: The Brand & Multimedia Designer will support the execution of marketing and creative initiatives by developing high-quality visual content across multiple platforms. This role requires strong design expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to deliver consistent and engaging brand experiences.
Design and deliver creative assets for websites, landing pages, social media, digital advertising, email campaigns, sales presentations, reports, and event materials.
Create motion graphics, animations, title sequences, and branded multimedia elements to enhance marketing initiatives.
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across digital and print channels, ensuring consistent visual identity and messaging.
Build scalable design systems, templates, and creative resources using tools such as Figma and presentation platforms.
Collaborate with marketing teams, including product marketing, content, and demand generation, to support campaigns and business objectives.
Lead the visual execution of major initiatives such as website updates, campaign launches, reports, and resource content.
Partner with video production teams to create graphics, motion elements, and visual treatments for multimedia projects.
Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while balancing deadlines, priorities, and quality standards.
Analyze creative performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and enhance user experiences.
Develop sales enablement materials and presentations that communicate brand value effectively.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has a strong background in graphic design, multimedia production, and brand development, with experience creating visual solutions for marketing environments. They should combine creative expertise with strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, brand design, or a related creative role.
2+ years of experience creating motion graphics, video assets, or multimedia content for marketing initiatives.
Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
Experience maintaining brand standards across multiple channels and formats.
Experience using Figma and presentation design tools to create templates and scalable design systems.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand design, visual storytelling, layout design, and motion graphics.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a creative team environment.
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills.
