Analista de Qualidade de Software - Junior

Accountabilities: Execute functional mobile tests, including both manual and automated testing scenarios.

Manage and execute regression test scenarios to validate software releases.

Identify, document, track, and manage bugs throughout the release cycle.

Analyze defects and collaborate with development teams to support timely resolution.

Evaluate quality and delivery risks, identifying potential impacts before releases.

Work with development teams to negotiate deadlines, corrections, and appropriate solutions for identified issues.

Contribute to optimizing testing processes and improving the overall quality of software deliveries.

Support the organization and maintenance of test scenarios and related quality documentation.

Collaborate within an agile team, contributing to a continuous culture of quality and improvement.

Requirements:

Education or ongoing/completed studies in Information Technology or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Critical thinking and a detail-oriented approach to identifying defects and potential risks.

Interest in software quality, testing, and continuous improvement.

Nice to have: previous experience as a Software Quality Analyst within an agile team.

Nice to have: experience using JIRA or dedicated test-management tools.

Nice to have: knowledge of test automation practices and tools.

Ability to collaborate effectively with development and other technical teams.

Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple testing activities and priorities.
