Accountabilities: Support product teams by identifying quality issues and providing recommendations for correcting non-conformities and improving service quality.

Perform analysis of software failures, investigate root causes, and contribute to effective problem resolution.

Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Help ensure that products and processes meet expected quality standards and user requirements.

Participate in discussions around process optimization, methodologies, and improvements to delivery workflows.

Provide support during critical situations by applying problem-solving skills and helping teams manage operational challenges.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or completed higher education in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

Knowledge of Google Workspace tools and digital collaboration platforms.

Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to analyze issues and identify practical solutions.

Ability to handle challenges, manage priorities, and contribute effectively during critical situations.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.

Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to continuously learn and improve processes.

Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
