Learn more at www.iongroup.com. Your role Your key duties and responsibilities Contribute innovative ideas to deliver best-in-class products and solutions for our clients. Analyse business needs, market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes to support product strategy and roadmap development. Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for product improvement and business growth. Collaborate with Product Management, Technology, Operations, and Business stakeholders to define and implement effective solutions. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of product initiatives and continuous improvement activities. Support the definition, monitoring, and analysis of key product performance indicators and metrics. Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, business cases, and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. Drive product intelligence initiatives through internal and external data sources, market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights. Contribute to the development and adoption of methodologies, tools, and best practices that support product innovation and decision-making. Support product lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, business analysis, testing, implementation, and post-launch monitoring. Your skills, experience, and qualifications required Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (with honours preferred). 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably gained within Consulting firms, Product Management, Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Financial Services, ICT, or related areas. Experience supporting strategic initiatives, business transformation, process optimization, product development, or digital transformation projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform complex data and business requirements into actionable insights and recommendations. Proven ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, gather requirements, conduct structured analyses, and present findings effectively, ideally developed in a consulting environment. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Passion for innovation, technology, and financial services. Excellent knowledge of both Italian and English. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong customer orientation, proactive mindset, and attention to detail. What we offer Permanent employment contract. Gross Annual Salary (RAL) ranging from €40,000 to €45,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
