Senior Treasury & Fund Manager
Main Objective: Manage investment funds, treasury strategies, liquidity portfolios, fixed-income investments, and specialized investment products, with a particular focus on commodities, precious metals, and NBFI financing.
Key Responsibilities
- Commodities & Precious Metals Funds
Manage investment and treasury activities for commodity fund issuances.
Work with portfolios involving: Gold
Precious metals
Approved commodities
Commodity-linked structures
Support investment strategy, liquidity management, execution, risk control, and asset monitoring.
- Transferable Securities / NBFI Financing Fund
Manage the planned Transferable Securities Fund.
Evaluate NBFI-related financial assets and securities.
Assess creditworthiness and counterparty exposure.
Manage duration, liquidity, yield, and risk.
Work with Investment and Risk teams on transaction structuring.
Monitor portfolio performance and repayment.
- Treasury & Liquidity Management
Manage excess liquidity across ICG funds and investment portfolios.
Allocate liquidity across: Bank deposits
Treasury bills
Government securities
Money-market instruments
Fixed-income securities
Other FRA-permitted investments
Balance capital preservation, liquidity, risk, and return.
Extensive experience in Treasury, Asset Management, Investment Management, Fixed Income, Banking, or Fund Management.
25+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of: Treasury markets
Interest rates
Liquidity management
Fixed income
Portfolio management
Credit/counterparty risk
Experience managing large institutional portfolios or significant liquidity.
Experience with banks, NBFIs, insurance companies, asset managers, or investment funds strongly preferred.
Comfortable working within FRA-regulated investment structures.
Strong analytical and investment decision-making skills.
Arabic and English.
