Product Owner
Gather and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders by creating clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Own and manage the PharmaSyst product backlog , prioritizing requirements in collaboration with the Product Manager based on business value and product priorities.
Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure clear requirements and effective delivery.
Analyze pharmacy workflows and ERP processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for product enhancements.
Translate business needs and product strategy into clear and actionable requirements for development teams.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, and Business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Support integrations with third-party systems by gathering requirements and coordinating with technical teams.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating delivered features against business requirements before production release.
Support customer onboarding by preparing product documentation, release notes, and user training materials.
Gather customer feedback and analyze product usage to identify improvement opportunities and support continuous product enhancement.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems , or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a related digital/product role.
Experience working with digital products, software solutions, or ERP systems .
Knowledge of ERP and Pharmacy Management Systems is preferred.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint management practices .
Good knowledge of product backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements documentation .
Understanding of pharmacy operations, workflows, and inventory processes is preferred.
Experience working with technology/software development teams is preferred.
Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or health-tech industry is a plus.
