Business Analyst, Project Manager (Insurance)

Business Analyst

• Manage end-to-end IT business requirements across all processes within the organization.
• Work closely with Key Business Users to gather and analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Act as the liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives.
• Define and develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and other related documentation.

Project Manager

• Manage end-to-end IT projects from planning to deployment.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Monitor project risks, issues, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee insurance system implementation and ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications: At least 12 years experience in Business Analyst or Project Manager Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Sciences or related fields Thai Nationality Only Must have experience in insurance-related projects, such as policy, claims, underwriting, or customer service systems.
