We are looking for an experienced Painting Manager to join our client’s team for upcoming Oil & Gas fabrication and construction projects . The role demands strong expertise in painting/coating works for large-scale industrial projects, particularly in refineries, petrochemicals, and fertilizer plants . Candidates with proven experience in contracting companies handling shutdowns, turnarounds, fabrication, erection of storage tanks, piping, and structural steel will be given preference.

Industry: Oil & Gas / EPC / Contracting

Experience Required: 18–20 Years

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage painting/coating activities across fabrication and erection projects.

Ensure strict adherence to HSE and quality standards in painting operations.

Supervise surface preparation, blasting, coating application, and inspections .

Review and approve painting procedures, ITPs, and quality documentation .

Manage manpower, subcontractors, and material resources for painting works.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors for approvals.

Monitor project schedules, cost, and ensure timely delivery of painting works.

Provide technical expertise on painting specifications and coating systems .

Eligibility Criteria B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering .

18–20 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas projects.

Strong background in: Refineries, Petrochemicals, Fertilizer Projects

Shutdowns & Turnarounds

Fabrication & Erection of Storage Tanks, Piping, and Structural Steel

Proven experience in painting/coating works (surface preparation, blasting, protective coatings, QA/QC checks).

Familiarity with international painting standards (SSPC, NACE, ISO, ASTM).

Experience working with EPC/contracting companies in the Oil & Gas sector.
