SALES ASSISTANT MANAGER

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our bakery and increase sales.

Manage our social media presence, creating engaging content and interacting with our followers.

Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to explore partnership opportunities.

Assist with in-store sales and customer service, providing a friendly and helpful experience.

Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Come up with fun ideas for new products and promotions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales and marketing (bakery/food industry a plus!).
