Data Entry Intern – Product Catalogue (Retail)

Hajjo is a menswear brand with retail stores in Egypt. We are building our new product system and we need someone to complete our product catalogue. We have around 800 products in an Excel file. Most of the details are still empty. Your job is to go store by store, take each item in your hand, look at it, and fill in the details in the Excel sheet. The file is already prepared for you. Almost every column is a drop-down list, so you will be selecting answers, not typing long text. There is a guide sheet next to you that explains every field, so you always know what to choose. What you will do: Visit our stores one by one and work through the products on the rack

Take each item, check it, and fill in its details in the Excel file

Choose the correct answer from the drop-down list for each field: colour, fabric, fit, lapel, collar, pockets, buttons, lining, canvas, vents, care instructions and more

Use the guide sheet to make sure every choice is correct

Ask the store team when something is not clear

Report your progress at the end of each day

Student or fresh graduate

Basic Microsoft Excel (you must know how to move between sheets and use a drop-down list)

Very careful with details — this data goes into our real system, so mistakes cost us

Patient and able to do repetitive work without losing accuracy

Comfortable working inside the stores, standing and handling products

Able to travel between our store locations in Cairo [and Tanta]

Arabic, and basic English to read product terms

Available [X] days per week for [2-3] months

Preferred: Interest in fashion, retail or menswear

Studying business, fashion, or a related field
