WFM Forecasting Analyst

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain forecasting models for workforce planning.

Analyze historical and real-time data to predict future demand.

Generate forecasting reports and insights for operational decision-making.

Use Excel , SQL , and Python to automate and enhance forecasting processes.

Apply machine learning techniques to improve forecast accuracy.

Collaborate with operations and planning teams to support staffing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in workforce management, forecasting, or data analytics.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
