Senior Coördinator Planning en Control
Role purpose: Lead and improve the planning & control cycle, delivering reliable management information, forecasts, and financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Core responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end planning & control cycle (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, year-end close).
- Prepare and validate management reports , KPIs, and variance analyses; translate outcomes into actionable insights.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial processes , internal controls, and reporting standards.
- Partner with business stakeholders to challenge assumptions, support business cases, and improve performance.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and timely delivery of financial information across teams.
- Support audits, compliance requirements, and documentation of policies and procedures.
Required skills and experience
- Strong expertise in FP&A , controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Advanced analytical skills and ability to explain complex financial topics clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Experience improving processes and implementing reporting frameworks, tools, or dashboards.
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and prioritization in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Excel and financial/ERP systems; experience with BI tools is a plus.
