Field Sales Executive (Fabric & Yarn Sales)

1. 面料与纱线推广销售（核心职责）/ Fabric & Yarn Sales Promotion (Core Responsibility)

• 主动拜访并开发在埃及设厂生产的全球纺织服装客户，包括面料厂、服装厂、家纺厂、贸易商等；
• Proactively visit and develop global textile and garment clients with production facilities in Egypt, including fabric mills, garment factories, home textile factories, trading companies, etc.;
• 推广我司纺织面料及棉纱产品，根据客户生产品种匹配对应产品，洽谈订单；
• Promote our textile fabric and cotton yarn products, match products according to clients' production categories, and negotiate orders;
• 跟进从线索开发、样品寄送、报价议价到发货回款的完整销售流程；
• Follow up the full sales cycle from lead generation, sample delivery, quotation and negotiation to shipment and payment collection;
• 完成总部下达的月度及年度销售目标。
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the head office.

1. 客户维护与市场拓展 / Client Maintenance & Market Development

• 维护现有客户关系，提供售后支持，挖掘客户复购及增量需求；
• Maintain existing client relationships, provide after-sales support, and explore repeat purchase and incremental demand;
• 收集埃及当地纺织行业信息，包括客户生产品种、产能、采购需求、竞品价格及行业趋势；
• Collect Egypt textile market intelligence, including clients' production categories, capacity, procurement needs, competitor pricing and industry trends;
• 定期向中国总部汇报客户开发进展、市场反馈及销售数据，配合视频会议。
• Report client development progress, market feedback and sales data to the China head office on a regular basis, and cooperate with video conference meetings.

1. 市场调研与供应链整合 / Market Research & Supply Chain Mapping

• 系统性收集、整理并整合埃及纺织生产供应链信息，涵盖纺纱、织布、印染、成衣等各环节的主要企业、产能规模、设备水平、生产品种及成本结构；
• Systematically collect, organize and integrate information on Egypt's textile production supply chain, covering major enterprises, capacity scale, equipment level, production categories and cost structure across spinning, weaving, dyeing & printing, and garment sectors;
• 绘制埃及纺织产业集群分布图，识别重点区域、龙头企业及潜在合作伙伴，建立供应链数据库并定期更新；
• Map Egypt's textile industrial cluster distribution, identify key regions, leading enterprises and potential partners, build and regularly update a supply chain database;
• 定期向中国总部提交埃及纺织供应链能力分析报告，为产品定位、客户开发及采购决策提供数据支持。
• Regularly submit Egypt textile supply chain capability analysis reports to the China head office, providing data support for product positioning, client development and procurement decisions.

1. 下脚料采购/ Cotton Waste Sourcing

• 协助开发当地纺纱厂、纺织厂、废料商等下脚料采购渠道；
• Assist in developing local sourcing channels for cotton waste, including spinning mills, textile factories and waste dealers;
• 采购符合出口中国标准的废棉、废纱、纺织边角料，核验品质并协调物流。
• Source qualified cotton waste, yarn waste and textile scraps suitable for export to China, verify quality and coordinate logistics.

Candidates with existing client networks will be prioritized 4 具备较强的地推销售能力、谈判能力及客户管理能力；积极主动、学习能力强，能独立承担压力开展工作 Strong field sales capability, negotiation skills and client relationship management; self-motivated, quick learner and able to work independently under pressure 5 了解纺织产品（面料、棉纱、下脚料）者优先；愿意系统学习产品知识和客户生产品种匹配逻辑 Basic understanding of textile products (fabric, cotton yarn, waste) is a strong plus; willingness to systematically learn product knowledge and client-product matching logic 6 男生优先，身体健康、勤快肯干，无犯罪记录 Male preferred, healthy, hardworking, no criminal record 7 持有效驾照，最好自带交通工具，愿意因客户拜访在当地出差 Valid driving license, preferably with own transportation, willingness to travel locally for client visits 8 能配合中国总部时间参加视频会议，接受远程管理 Able to cooperate with China head office time for video conferences, accept remote management 9 具备较强的主动解决问题能力，工作主动性强，能独立发现问题并积极推动解决，不推诿、不等待 Strong proactive problem-solving ability, highly self-motivated, able to independently identify issues and actively drive solutions, no buck-passing or waiting
