IT Manager
- IT Infrastructure & Systems Management
Manage the acquisition, implementation, operation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, software, telephony systems, and end-user devices.
Oversee network operations, system performance, connectivity, user access management, backups, and overall technology service availability.
Monitor and optimize network reliability, efficiency, and operational performance to support business continuity.
- Information Security, Governance & Compliance
Design, develop, and implement IT policies, procedures, and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, regulatory compliance, and alignment with company strategy.
Safeguard IT assets, network access, and information systems through effective security measures, audits, disaster recovery planning, and backup management.
Ensure all technology-related certifications, licenses, contracts, and documentation are maintained, updated, and compliant with organizational requirements.
- Technology Strategy & Digital Transformation
Develop and execute the organization's digital transformation strategy in alignment with the company's vision and business objectives.
Research, evaluate, and recommend technology solutions, upgrades, and investments to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses, manage vendor relationships, and identify opportunities for innovation, productivity improvement, and technology advancement.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning (ITIL OR PMP certification preferrable)
Ability to lead work streams and coordinate projects methodically - Prince2, Agile, Sure Step.
Experience leading Dynamics ERP implementation projects in a manufacturing environment (Dynamics 365 F&O) preferrable
Previous consulting experience with Dynamics 365 preferrable
Experience: 12 – 15 Years of experience in same field
3 years in the same position
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
ITIL, MCSE, VMware, Hyper-V, CCNP, Power BI, Dynamics 365 F&O
Language: Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.
