Supply Chain Manager

Enterprise Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and manage the company's supply chain operations within the IT System Integration industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of IT equipment and materials from suppliers to the company and ultimately to project sites. This includes overseeing procurement, supplier and distributor management, inventory, warehouse coordination, logistics, and project supply requirements while ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end supply chain, procurement, inventory, and logistics operations.

Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and distributors.

Lead sourcing, purchasing, negotiations, and supplier selection.

Ensure timely availability and delivery of IT equipment for projects.

Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and warehouse operations.

Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Projects, Finance, and Warehouse teams.

Identify supply risks and ensure timely resolution.

Develop and improve supply chain processes, policies, and KPIs.

Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency.

Lead and manage the Supply Chain team.
