Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and working knowledge of AWS . The role requires deep hands‑on experience in Terraform‑based infrastructure automation , cloud security, and container orchestration, with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure primarily on GCP and partially on AWS .
Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform (mandatory) for cloud resources.
Develop and maintain automation using Ansible and SaltStack .
Build and support CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
Manage Kubernetes environments (GKE / EKS), including deployments, scaling, and troubleshooting.
Write and maintain automation scripts using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
Implement and enforce cloud security best practices (IAM, network security, compliance).
Collaborate with application, security, and platform teams to support production workloads.
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and platform issues and support incident resolution.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
Experience: 6–10 Years
Primary Cloud: GCP (70%)
Secondary Cloud: AWS (30%)
Strong hands‑on experience with GCP (Compute, IAM, Networking, GKE, Monitoring).
Working experience with AWS (EC2, IAM, VPC, core services).
Terraform – Mandatory
Proven experience designing and managing IaC using Terraform.
Terraform Certification – Mandatory (e.g., HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate ).
Strong experience with Ansible and SaltStack .
Solid hands‑on experience with data dog, splunk etc
Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Shell).
Good understanding of cloud security concepts , IAM, and compliance requirements.
Experience supporting production environments and on‑call operations.
Nice to Have
Experience with multi‑cloud architectures
Additional GCP or AWS certifications
Experience with monitoring and observability tools
