SUPERVISOR

Job Description: Supervise daily cleaning and maintenance operations. Assign duties and monitor workers at assigned sites. Ensure cleaning work meets company and client standards. Check attendance, work performance, and site conditions. Coordinate with clients regarding operational matters. Train and guide workers on proper cleaning procedures and safety. Prepare daily work reports and update management on site issues. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in cleaning, facility management, or a similar field. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Good leadership and communication skills. Able to manage and motivate a team of workers. Responsible, hardworking, and well-organized. Able to work independently and handle multiple sites when required.
