Product Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:

 Team & Pipeline Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ~5 R&D professionals. Plan the innovation pipeline and manage workload for on-time delivery. System Creation: Build and maintain comprehensive, ground-up systems, including a central Recipe Database and a Raw Material (RM) Database. Budget & Strategy: Prepare and manage the R&D budget. Draft and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the department. Innovation & Optimization: Oversee the creation of brand-new products (NPD) and the optimization of existing product lines (EPD) for quality and cost. Technical Mentorship: Act as the technical authority, continually passing down food science knowledge and industry best practices to upskill your team.

Qualifications:

Experience: 7+ years of product development experience in the F&B / FMCG sector. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related field.

Skills:  Proven people management experience. A strong background in building R&D systems,  Database management, and  Cross-functional leadership.
