Project Manager / Team Manager Infrastructure Delivery - Services - Brussels

My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Team Manager to lead delocalized technical teams and ensure the successful delivery of ongoing software and infrastructure projects.

This role requires a professional who can combine strategic vision with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach. The ideal candidate is comfortable working closely with decision-makers while remaining actively involved in project execution, demonstrating humility and pragmatism in day-to-day operations.

• Lead and manage distributed (nearshore/offshore) teams
• Take full ownership of delivery management for active projects
• Maintain a hands-on approach to project execution when required
• Coordinate the implementation of software solutions and associated infrastructure
• Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery with a strong focus on security
• Collaborate closely with decision-makers and senior stakeholders
• Monitor risks, dependencies, timelines, and budgets
• Ensure clear communication across technical teams, management, and partners
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes
• Travel as required to support team coordination and project delivery

Profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Team Manager
• Strong experience managing remote or delocalized teams
• Solid background in software project delivery and infrastructure coordination
• Ability to combine strategic oversight with operational execution
• Willingness and ability to be hands-on when needed
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivery outcomes
• Awareness of security requirements in IT and infrastructure projects
• Fluent in English and French
• Comfortable with international travel
• Based in Brussels and available for full on-site work (no telework)
