Develop and improve plastic injection molding processes for new and existing products, collaborating with suppliers and internal production teams.
Support suppliers and internal stakeholders with technical expertise, driving Design for Manufacturing and production optimization.
Lead process transfers between suppliers while ensuring quality, capacity, project timelines, and budget requirements.
Monitor injection molding assets and recommend investments to support efficiency, sustainability, and long-term industrial strategy.
Conduct external trials, support supplier selection and qualification, and drive continuous improvements across injection molding technologies and equipment.
Who we are looking for:
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanics focused on plastic injection molding.
You are proactive and autonomous with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
You work effectively across functions, demonstrating excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
You are a team player with strong personal commitment, and a high sense of responsibility, transparency, and confidentiality.
You are willing to travel abroad on a regular basis and feel comfortable working in a global manufacturing environment. Your profile is rounded out by a very good command of English.
