Stakeholder Relations Officer

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Review project financial information, transactions, cost structures, and supporting documents to identify discrepancies, financial risks, or potential loopholes.
• Analyze financial and tax-related aspects of business projects to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
• Identify potential financial exposure, irregularities, and areas for improvement in project execution and financial processes.
• Communicate findings and financial concerns clearly and confidently to relevant stakeholders and Owner.
• Lead discussions, negotiations, and follow-ups to ensure accountability and protect the company's business interests.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and operational teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
• Prepare reports and recommendations to support management decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Accounting, Tax, Finance, Audit, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, taxation, financial transactions, and project cost structures.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify financial discrepancies, hidden risks, and potential loopholes in business projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Assertive, courageous, and confident in challenging unclear financial information and addressing sensitive issues professionally.
• High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and handle difficult discussions.
• Professional, well-groomed, and presentable appearance.
• Willing to travel or attend off-site meetings when required.
