Technical Architect - Microsoft

We're recruiting 3 x Technical Architects to join an established organisation undergoing ongoing technology transformation. With opportunities across Solutions and Enterprise Architecture, these roles offer the chance to design innovative solutions, influence technology strategy and work with a broad Microsoft technology stack.
Your tasks
Working with business stakeholders, technical teams and fellow architects, you'll help shape technology solutions from initial requirements through to design, implementation and delivery.
Responsibilities will include
- Designing high-quality technical solutions across applications, platforms and wider enterprise environments.
- Working with Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
- Translating business requirements into practical, secure and scalable architecture designs.
- Supporting end-to-end solution delivery, from initial concept through to implementation and live service.
- Ensuring solutions align with business objectives, architecture standards and technology roadmaps.
- Identifying integration requirements, technical dependencies and opportunities to improve efficiency through reuse.
- Engaging with stakeholders at all levels, explaining technical concepts and influencing decisions.
- Contributing to architecture governance, design reviews and technical assurance.
- Supporting technology strategy, supplier engagement and wider transformation initiatives.
Requirements
We're keen to hear from experienced architects with expertise across technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, who can translate business requirements into secure, scalable and effective technology solutions.
- Experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture or a similar technical architecture role.
- A strong Microsoft technology background, ideally including Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 and/or SharePoint.
- Experience designing and delivering solutions across complex technology environments.
- An understanding of application, data and technology architecture, integration and architectural governance.
- The ability to engage stakeholders, solve complex problems and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- A pragmatic approach to balancing business requirements, technical considerations, cost and risk.
Experience in a regulated or complex organisational environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
