Logistics Specialist

Manage export bookings with shipping lines and freight forwarders.

Prepare and review export documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading).

Coordinate with Planning, Warehousing, and customs brokers to ensure smooth and timely shipments.

Track customs clearance and shipment progress.

Maintain accurate logistics records and reporting using Excel and ERP systems.

1–3 years of experience in export logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding.

Experience with export documentation.

Knowledge of international shipping regulations (DG/IMO is a plus).

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP is an advantage).

Very good command of English.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
