Operation Manager - MeOperations Manager – Medical Industry

Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operational activities to achieve productivity, quality, delivery and cost objectives. Drive operational excellence, process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives. Optimise production capacity, workflow, manpower and resource utilisation. Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement Work closely with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to resolve material shortages and minimise production disruptions. Support automation, digitalisation and process optimisation initiatives. Ensure compliance with applicable ISO 13845, GMP . Lead problem-solving, root cause analysis. Manage and develop operational teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Support budgeting, cost control and operational planning. Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
