Blue Valley Heating & Cooling is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team serving the Englewood and Longmont, CO areas. What You'll Earn $100,000-$150,000+ annual earning potential Uncapped performance-based compensation Additional incentive opportunities Technician Success Package with leading industry tools provided free of charge What You'll Do Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems and equipment. Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions for homeowners. Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and professional service. Educate customers on repair options and system improvements. Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and job site. Accurately document work performed and recommendations. Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and company events. What We're Looking For Experience servicing residential HVAC systems, components, and equipment. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Strong organization and attention to detail. Boiler experience is preferred but not required. Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus. Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record. Working Conditions Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines. Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces. Comfortable working in hot and cold environments and varying weather conditions. Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ pounds. Work may include indoor and outdoor environments throughout the year. Why Join Blue Valley Heating & Cooling? The pay for this position is uncapped and technicians could earn $100,000-$150,000/year. Other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
