Your tasks
Support project leadership by managing site surveys, coordinating teams, monitoring budgets, and ensuring timely, quality project delivery in signage, fit-out, and event build-up projects.
- Assist Directors and Sales Managers in conducting site surveys and developing project-specific architectural briefs to support effective project planning and execution
- Coordinate with Production and Installation teams to deliver projects on schedule while maintaining quality standards
- Liaise with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities to facilitate smooth project progress and resolve issues
- Identify and assess site issues impacting schedules, recommending practical solutions to mitigate delays
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, preliminary costs, quotations, and cost reports to ensure cost control and profitability
- Track project progress, workmanship, timelines, and quality, providing regular verbal and written progress updates
- Review technical drawings and assist in preparing method statements, risk assessments, and site safety documentation
- Manage project documentation to ensure compliance with project and site requirements
Requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and project coordination skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of project budgeting, cost control, site coordination, and quality management
- At least 2 years of experience in project management or a related construction field
