ACCOUNTING ANALYST

Manage daily accounting tasks such as accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations. Ensure accurate recording and documentation of all financial transactions. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and management reports. Maintain compliance with internal policies and relevant accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS). Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing required documentation. Monitor cash flow and provide financial insights for decision-making. Process invoices and payments promptly to meet deadlines. Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial issues and enhance processes.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or of related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is an advantage. Familiarity with Accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Xero), ERP Systems, and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and financial modeling. General accounting, financial reporting, compliance with GAAP/ IFRS, budgeting, cash flow management, and managing accounts payable and receivable. Capable to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines. Can work onsite. Willing to start ASAP.
