📦 Assembly & Packaging Professionals: Get Paid to Record Your Workflow Use your hands-on production experience to help train the next generation of AI. We are recruiting assembly line workers, packaging professionals, production operators, manufacturing technicians, and experienced factory workers for a flexible paid video recording project. Using our app and a phone head mount, you will record first-person (POV) videos while performing real assembly and packaging workflows and naturally explain what you are doing.
🏭 We Want to Capture Real Production Workflows Depending on your experience and assignment, you may record activities such as:
- Assembling parts and components
- Following multi-step assembly sequences
- Sorting and positioning components
- Using hand tools and production equipment
- Inspecting parts during assembly
- Preparing products for packaging
- Folding and assembling boxes or containers
- Wrapping, sealing, and securing products
- Applying labels and packaging materials
- Counting and organizing finished items
- Packing products into boxes or containers
- Checking products for defects or errors
- Performing quality-control checks
- Preparing completed packages for the next production step
- Other approved assembly and packaging workflows
We are interested in how experienced people actually perform the work—the sequence of steps, hand movements, tool interactions, quality checks, adjustments, and decisions involved in turning individual components into a finished or packaged product.
🎙️ Narrate Your Process While you work, naturally explain: What you are doing • Which part or tool you are using • What you are checking • What step comes next • How you know something is positioned correctly • Problems you notice • Adjustments you make You do not need a script. We want to capture your real workflow, hands-on skills, and procedural knowledge.

What we offer
We provide training, detailed task instructions, recording guidelines, and sample videos showing exactly what we are looking for. English narration is preferred.

**Only record routine activities you are trained and authorized to perform and only where recording is permitted. Recording must not interfere with required PPE, workplace procedures, or safe equipment operation. Do not record proprietary processes, confidential product information, access credentials, coworkers without permission, or other sensitive workplace information. Application does not guarantee selection. Compensation is based on approved qualifying videos and hours that meet assignment requirements.
