- Lead Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development initiatives.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and workforce planning activities.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
- Support performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
- Contribute to organizational structure development and HR process improvement.
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development.
- Real Estate Development or Construction experience is a MUST.
- Strong experience in Recruitment, Competency-Based Interviewing (CBI), and Organizational Development.
- HR Certification (PHRi, SPHRi, SHRM, or CIPD) is preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Residence near El Shorouk City is preferred.
