L&KM Solutions Designer & Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Learning Solutions Designer & Program Manager to support the Academy team in designing, delivering, and continuously improving strategic learning programs across multiple global business sectors.

• Detachering via YER - ASML Netherlands B.V.

The role combines end-to-end program management with hands-on learning solution design and development across sectors and regions. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate learning initiatives, including:

• Graduate Acceleration Program (GAP)
• Negotiation Skills Programs
• Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement Programs
• AI Capability Programs
• Other strategic capability-building initiatives across the P&D and R&R sectors

In addition, the role will support the design and development of Learning & Knowledge Management (L&KM) solutions, ensuring that learning offerings align with business priorities and deliver measurable performance impact.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic learning programs across the global scope of the relevant sectors.
• Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communication, and governance.
• Drive collaboration between business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), regional teams, Academy teams, and external vendors.
• Monitor progress and provide clear status reporting to sponsors and leadership.
• Ensure successful implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of learning programs.

Learning Solution Design

• Conduct learning needs analyses and performance gap assessments.
• Translate business requirements into effective learning and performance support solutions.
• Apply instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE.
• Design learning journeys, curricula, blended learning solutions, performance support materials, and knowledge assets.
