De positie

As a Learning Solution Designer, you will be responsible for translating business requirements and learning architecture designs into impactful Learning & Knowledge Management (L&KM) solutions. Working closely with L&KM Business Partners, Architects, Subject Matter Experts, Content Curators, and Expert Leads, you will design and develop high-quality learning interventions aligned with global standards and guidelines.

You will analyze business needs, identify capability gaps, and create innovative learning solutions using modern learning methodologies and technologies. In addition, you will develop educational materials and interventions that support effective knowledge transfer, skill development, and engaging learning experiences.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders across the business to ensure learning solutions are aligned with organizational objectives and deliver measurable impact. You will also contribute to knowledge management initiatives, support best practice sharing, and help maintain and improve learning and knowledge management platforms and processes.

As a subject matter expert in adult learning, you will ensure all solutions are designed according to established quality standards, while developing evaluation and impact measurement approaches to assess effectiveness and business value.

You will report to the Academy Lead or Group Lead and work on multiple learning solutions simultaneously across a broad range of topics and target audiences.
