Review man power needs to address current and future occupations gaps.

Ensure the implementations of recruitment strategies, plans, and procedures.

Explores the market best practices and channels in the recruitment and staffing to implement in the organization

Prepare and update periodically job descriptions for all occupation in the organization

Ensure the learning strategy of core and electives are fully implemented and linked with HR sections in an effective manner.

Participate in Preparation of annual training plan and budget

Review all performance reports and analysis to detect Learning and development opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Accounting

Any other certificates required preferably an human resources

1-3 years relevant experience in Human resources
