Manage the complete import cycle for sanitary ware and wellness products from European and international suppliers, from shipment booking through customs release and final delivery.

Prepare, review, and control all shipping and trade documentation: commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and quality/conformity certificates.

Handle customs clearance end-to-end through the Nafeza / ACID (Advance Cargo Information) platform, and coordinate GOEIC requirements and product registration where applicable.

Manage Letters of Credit, documentary collections, and CBE Form 4 processes in coordination with banks and the finance team.

Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and licensed customs brokers to optimize transit time, freight cost, and demurrage exposure.

Calculate and monitor landed cost (duties, tariffs, VAT, freight, insurance) and flag variances against budget.

Ensure full compliance with Egyptian import regulations, HS code classification, and applicable standards for imported bathroom fixtures and fittings.

Track shipments and maintain accurate import records; provide arrival forecasts to inventory and sales planning.

Build and maintain relationships with international suppliers and manage order follow-up against agreed Incoterms.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.

5–7 years of import experience, with proven exposure to sanitary ware, ceramics, building materials, or luxury/premium imported goods.

Solid working knowledge of the Nafeza/ACID system, GOEIC procedures, and Egyptian customs regulations.

Strong command of Incoterms 2020, Letters of Credit, and international shipping documentation.

Experience coordinating with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and banks.

Proficiency in landed-cost calculation and import cost control.

Very good to excellent English (written and spoken) — essential for European supplier correspondence.

Strong Excel skills; ERP experience (import/inventory modules) is a plus.

High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple concurrent shipments under deadline pressure.
