Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Industry Position Title: Quantity Surveyor Working Location: East – Changi North Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm & Alt Saturdays, 9am – 6pm Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,500 + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities Prepare and revise drawings for tenders and job orders. Prepare tender costings, pricing, quotations, and submissions. Obtain quotations and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers. Coordinate with sales, production, and clients on job requirements and specifications. Conduct site surveys and assess installation, delivery, and setup requirements. Perform quality checks to ensure completed works comply with drawings and job orders. Prepare progress reports and maintain project drawings and records. Support production, procurement, and logistics activities.

APPLY NOW!!! Diploma, Degree, or Certificate in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Preferably 5 years of relevant experience in the construction sector. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 2D/3D drawings. Experience in tendering, measurement, costing, pricing, and quotations. Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Knowledge of building regulations and standard building contracts. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Organised, responsible, self-driven, and a good team player.
