Mechanical Technician

Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery according to the schedule.

Execute initial maintenance procedures, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.

Carry out minor repairs for various machines, devices, and tools.

Set up, prepare, and properly install various machinery and equipment.

Clean and organize the workspace and maintenance area after completing repairs.

Strictly follow assigned work orders and report completed tasks directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Maintain cleanliness within the maintenance department and follow up on pest control activities.

Report any issues affecting food safety directly to the Food Safety Team Leader.

Full commitment to implementing Food Safety, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Environmental, and Energy programs.

Education: Technical Industrial Diploma, specializing in Mechanics

Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance.

Residency Alexandria resident

Technical Skills: Good understanding and ability to read technical manuals and mechanical drawings.

Practical Skills: High proficiency in handling and using various manual and hand tools.

Physical Fitness: Excellent physical stamina and capability to perform various heavy physical tasks.
