Production Manager – Mattress Department

Plan, organize, and supervise daily production operations across all five manufacturing stages: chassis preparation, foam bonding, fabric attachment, taping, and packaging

Lead and manage production teams, assigning tasks and ensuring optimal workflow across shifts

Monitor daily/weekly production output against targets and take corrective action when needed

Ensure product quality standards are met at every stage; minimize waste, rework, and defect rates

Coordinate closely with the raw materials warehouse to guarantee uninterrupted supply and prevent production delays

Prepare and present regular production reports and KPIs to senior management

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency initiatives

Enforce occupational health and safety procedures on the production floor

Manage manpower planning, including scheduling, training needs, and performance evaluation of production staff

Collaborate with maintenance department to minimize equipment downtime

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

Strong leadership and team management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production reporting tools

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Strong communication and cross-departmental coordination skills
